San Francisco Week in Ho Chi Minh City – with optional visits to: 

Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, Da Lat, Da Nang. Hue, Hoi An, Da Lat and Nha Trang

Dates:          

November 11 to November 20 in Ho Chi Minh City  and Ha Noi (be home for  Thanksgiving)

with optional visits to the other cities listed above November 20– December 2

Mission Highlights:

Receive briefings by governmental officials and business leaders about the social, economic, and political aspects of doing business in Vietnam; Meet and visit American and Vietnamese government and business decision-makers, as well as with regular “citizens”; Initiate discussions with prospects for manufacturing, trade, education and cultural programs; Showcase your products and services; Visit educational, healthcare and other projects initiated by the Sister City Committee; Also visit historical landmarks in different geographical areas of the country; Finally, experience fine cuisine and hospitality.

Dinner:             

You are  invited to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine prepared by Chef Geoffrey Deetz who honed his skills during his more than 15 years in Vietnam,  as a chef and owner of notable restaurants.

These regular social and business oriented “Meetups” are an opportunity for people to learn about the Committee’s activities and to meet others who have an interest in Vietnam.

Attendees include business people, researchers, tourists, educators, students, veterans, leaders of other NGOs and governmental agencies.

We are planning a delegation trip to Vietnam in November.
